I’m a Principal in our Seattle office and specialize in engineering related to surface water in our environment. I am particularly interested in projects in the Pacific Northwest and have led a wide range of hydraulic and hydrologic studies on hundreds of streams and rivers in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and British Columbia. I’m most enthusiastic about developing and applying numerical models to represent complicated scenarios and solve difficult issues, while working as part of a team. One of my current projects is working with the City of Kent on two-dimensional numerical modelling and floodplain hazard mapping for three of their creeks within their urbanized watersheds. Off work, I enjoy soccer, running, water recreation, and travelling.
