Justin is a coastal engineer specialized in the delivery of coastal zone management and shoreline protection projects, from feasibility level studies down to detailed design and construction supervision, in addition to stakeholder engagement throughout project life-cycles. As a technical specialist, he has been involved in a wide range of coastal and marine engineering projects pertaining to shoreline erosion mitigation, the development and implementation of resilient climate change adaptation strategies using nature-base solutions, as well as the design, inspection and rehabilitation of coastal structures (revetments, groynes, breakwaters, beach nourishments, etc.). In addition to his design and construction expertise, Mr. McKibbon’s project management experiences include integrating and managing multidisciplinary teams, as well as overseeing the quality of deliverables and ensuring budgets, schedules and client satisfaction are met.
