CFD and Numerical Modelling, Hydraulic Transient Analysis, Water Supply Infrastructure
I manage project teams on hydraulic analysis, hydraulic transient/surge analysis, and CFD/physical modelling projects for water and wastewater infrastructure. I have an extensive background in hydraulic transients, focused on the design of surge control measures for large water distribution systems, transmission pipelines, pump stations, well fields, wastewater force mains, water treatment plants, and hydroelectric facilities. I recently conducted hydraulic transient analysis of an 1,800 cubic ft/sec pump station and 16/10 ft diameter pipeline on the Colorado River Aqueduct. NHC provides me with interesting project challenges and the ability to work with colleagues that have a wide array of experience from which I can continually learn. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, skiing, and cycling.
