I am a Principal working in NHC’s South Lake Tahoe and Sacramento offices managing projects throughout California. With a background in civil and environmental engineering, my project work has involved development of stormwater models, managing interdisciplinary teams of specialists on stream restoration and fish passage improvement projects, and leading the civil design of flood protection improvements. A recent project involved restoration of the 500-acre Upper Truckee Marsh to offset environmental degradation of the Upper Truckee River system in the Lake Tahoe Basin. I enjoy working at NHC because of our commitment to technical excellence as water resource specialists and the unlimited coffee. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding on a powder day, trying to keep up with my kids on skis, travelling to warm weather locales when I need a break from the Tahoe winter, and playing soccer.
